Here are some frequently asked questions about purchasing the documents on our Resources for Headteachers website:

I want to purchase your documents, how do I do this?

Just click on the All Products link or Product Categories link on navigation bar and select the product that you wish to purchase.  Alternatively you can also select a product from our Featured Products or New Titles links on the home page.

Can I purchase more than one product at a time?

Yes – you can choose one or several products to purchase.

What payment methods are available?

We accept payment via cheque or through the BACS system.  Details for payment methods are set out on your invoice which will be sent to you after completion of the purchase process.

We also accept credit/debit card payments via telephone.  To use this facility please telephone 01600 891506.

In what format are the documents?

All our documents are provided in Microsoft Word format.

Do you send out your documents on a CD-ROM?

No – All our documents are available on a downloadable basis only.

When will I be able to download the documents after placing my order?

An invoice for your order will be sent to you and, as soon as we receive your payment, your account will be activated and you will be able to log in to your account and download the documents you have purchased.

How do I download the documents on the website after I've paid for them?

Just click on My Account to log into your account with your username and password.  If you forget your password you can reset is by using the Lost your password? link.  The documents are supplied in a zip file that you will be able to download from your My Account page.

Is there a time limit for downloading my purchased documents?

You will have 7 days from the time your account is activated in which to download your documents.
